What population of children does CASA serve?
CASA serves children from birth to age 21. CASA Volunteers are only assigned to children that have been removed from their homes. Once a child is removed from the custody of their parents/caregivers they can be placed in a foster home, a relative’s home, a group home, or other residential facility. The vast majority of placements are in Morris and Sussex Counties.
