Celebrating 10 YEARS of GO BLUE
“Go Blue for CASA” events across Morris and Sussex Counties bring businesses, schools, and community groups together to raise awareness of the trauma suffered by children who have been abused, neglected, and abandoned and become part of the foster care system. It gives the community an opportunity to raise money to support advocacy for these children who are placed in foster homes and residential facilities.
During “Go Blue for CASA” events, school personnel, students, business employees, and other professionals wear denim or something blue and make a $5 donation to CASA. This becomes a fun, employee morale building event with the message of “giving back” to children in our community.
CASA will provide “Go Blue for CASA” stickers, flyers, candy, and other materials to promote the event. Our official “Go Blue for CASA” date is Friday, April 17th; however, participants are welcome to designate a date of their choice.
All funds raised support CASA’s mission of recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers who speak on behalf of abused and neglected children.
We hope you will partner with us to Change a Child's Story by ensuring that these children are placed in safe, permanent, nurturing homes as quickly as possible.
Let’s all “Go Blue for CASA”
