  a founding member of NJCAHT.  She serves on the Board of Trustees\, the S
 teering Committee\, and is a co-chair of the Healthcare Committee.  Dr. Ne
 igher is a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Randolph\, wor
 king with children and youth.\n\n
