  and permanency.\n\nParticipants examine race\, class\, wealth\, power\, p
 rejudice\, implicit bias\, and racism as a basis for effectively eliminati
 ng disparities in child welfare. UR training should be seen as a first ste
 p in collectively examining child welfare and court policies\, practices a
 nd decision points for CIC cases\, looking for any contributions they may 
 be making to disproportionality. \n
