
Richard Moore, Jr.
President
Dick Moore is currently employed as a Trust Officer in the Trust Division of First Hope Bank in Hope, NJ. He has worked for many years in the financial services sector. Dick joined the Board in 2001. He has served as President since June 2005. Dick has also served on the Marketing Committee of CASA of New Jersey. Dick has served on the Board of Trustees of the Mendham Borough Library, the House of the Good Shepherd Senior Citizens Home, and the Mount Kemble Home. Dick lives with his wife, Anne, in Mendham. They have three grown children and one grandson.
Steven M. Freeman
Vice President
Steve Freeman is currently Chief Operating Officer for P.S.K.W and Associates, a loyalty relationship company providing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. Steve joined the Board in 2010. Steve also serves on the Board of Trustees of Briar Cliff University (Sioux City, Iowa) and on the Board for the Ralston Cider Mill. Steve lives in Mendham with his wife, Liz and daughter, Aimee. They have two grown sons, Jon and Matt.
Paula Castaldo, Esq.
Secretary
Paula Castaldo is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. She is a member of the law firm’s Women’s Initiative, and co-chairs its Community Outreach Committee. Paula joined the Board in 2007.
Dominick J. Sarinelli, CPA
Treasurer
Nick Sarinelli is a partner at Nisivoccia & Company LLP in Mount Arlington. Nick’s experience includes auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services for diverse clientele. He joined the Board in 2007. Nick lives in Roxbury Township with his wife and three children where he volunteers in various capacities for local sports programs.
Jeanne Bratsafolis, Esq.
Jeanne Bratsafolis was a high school teacher before graduating from Rutgers University School of Law. She has been a corporate attorney for the last 25 years and most recently held the position of Group Vice President - Legal for Wyndham Exchange & Rentals. Jeanne lives in Morristown with her husband, Todd Poland, and between them they have five grown children and one granddaughter. She is a volunteer at Eva's Village, a rehabilitation center and homeless shelter in Paterson. Jeanne joined the Board in July 2011.
Lisa Bromberg, Esq.
Lisa Bromberg is a principal of Porzio, Bromberg and Newman and is a member of the firm’s Department of Environmental Law. Lisa is a member of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. Lisa joined the Board in 2009.
William S. Burns
Bill Burns is the Chief Financial Officer at Somerset Hills Bancorp. He has held executive positions in numerous financial services firms such as the Trust Company of New Jersey, TenRock Capital LLC, and Bank of New York. His wife Julia is a CASA volunteer. Bill joined the Board in 2011.
Rhonda Buzbee, Ed. S.
Rhonda Buzbee is the Director of Hilltop Christian Nursery School in Mendham where she has been employed for 12 years. Rhonda joined the Board in 2009. In addition to her service to the Board, Rhonda has volunteered as a CASA advocate since 2007. Rhonda lives in Chester with her husband, Larry. They have four grown sons and two grandsons. Rhonda is an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Mendham where she participates in Bell Choir, chairs various committees, and serves as an Elder.
Steven Goulart
Steve Goulart is the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at MetLife. He has extensive experience with strategic wealth management at major financial services firms. His wife Kristy serves as a CASA volunteer. Steve joined the Board in 2011.
Kharyne Neptune, Esq.
Kharyne Neptune works as Legal Counsel and Mediator for New Jersey Superior Court at Neptune Mediation Service. Kharyne joined the Board in 2008. Kharyne also volunteers on the Boards of the Greater Newark Charter School and Morris County Urban League.
Thelma A. Newman
Thelma Newman is retired after serving for many years as Vice President and General Manager of Female Apparel at Strawbridge & Clothier in Philadelphia, PA. Thelma joined the Board in 1999 and is a past president. Thelma is an Elder at Hilltop Presbyterian Church and serves as Chair of its Finance Committee. She also volunteers her time at a soup kitchen.
Lou Savarese
Lou has had a long career in the E-Learning Services Industry. He worked for many years in MED Communications and held executive positions managing account services and marketing. He is currently the President of Meetings by Mail, a company that hosts online symposia for medical professionals. Lou joined the Board in 2011.
Bernard Schoenfeld
Bernie Schoenfeld is retired after a lengthy career working as a Senior Human Resources Executive, most recently for Atlantic Health where he worked for 10 years. Bernie has extensive experience in major domestic and international healthcare, personal care, and consumer products companies. Bernie joined the Board in 2008.
